Receptionist
A Virtual Receptionist handles all incoming calls, email, or text correspondence to your office. The receptionist is available during core daily business hours to answer telephone calls, relay messages, manage email, direct client inquiries and requests, schedule and accept or decline meetings, and be responsive to questions or inquiries to the business. Your clients calls won't get lost in countless options to choose from or long waits on hold or constantly being put to voicemail. A "real person" will answer calls and reply to emails!
A Virtual Receptionist is typically scheduled Monday to Friday between 8AM and 6PM.

Admin Assistant
A Virtual Admin Assistant handles all incoming calls, email, or text correspondence to your office. The Admin Assistant is available during core daily business hours to answer telephone calls, relay messages, manage email, direct client inquiries and requests, schedule and accept or decline meetings, and be responsive to questions or inquiries to the business. . A "real person" will answer calls and reply to emails!
A Virtual Admin Assistant is typically scheduled Monday to Friday between 9AM and 5PM.

Social Media Manager
A Social Media Manager managers your business' social media pages, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Business Blogs and possibly others as required. We tailor your social media presence to the clients that will benefit from its relevant content and they become return visitors because they find your content fresh, educational and entertaining.
A Social Media manager is not a typical 9am to 5pm workday, rather, they commit to a number of hours per week or month dedicated to your social media based on industry and needs.

Executive Level Assistant
An Exec Level Assistant is your right hand. Not only are they doing everything an Admin Assistant does, but often they are managing your social media to some degree as well if time allows, otherwise they may be overseeing it. Exec Assistants typically handle travel arrangements, business meetings, coordinate catering or presentation set up and requirements. Exec Admins may take care of expenses, sales person commission, payroll, training, and various other tasks and duties as needed or required. An Exec Level Admin Assistant is typically scheduled Monday to Friday between 8AM and 6PM.
